PLEASE READ THE TERMS & CONDITIONS THOROUGHLY AND AGREE TO THEM BEFORE MAKING ANY PURCHASE FROM MY BLOGSHOP.
1. All sales are final. ITEMS SOLD ARE NOT exchangeable, returnable or refundable.
2. All items are BRAND NEW unless stated otherwise.
3. Reservations are accepted for some items BUT not all (please email to inquire) and I will only hold the item(s) for a said period and payment must be made within the agreed period. For reservations and enquiries, please email me at : CatchThatCoach@gmail.com

4. I accept payment via bank in to Maybank account only
5. Unless mentioned otherwise, the prices in this blog are INCLUSIVE OF CUSTOM TAX/DUTY , SHIPPING FEE US-MALAYSIA and POSLAJU to addresses within Semenanjung Malaysia.


VERY IMPORTANT NOTE ON COACH ITEMS :
(a) Please note that Coach Bags with style numbers starting with alphabet 'F' are Coach Factory Outlet items bought from Coach Authorised Store In USA. Materials and designs differ from those in Coach Boutiques hence the price is much cheaper. Also, original Coach products are mostly made in China, Vietnam and other countries. (b) Please note that for some items like Coach Legacy, Scarf Print, Graffiti & Floral, the actual bags/wallet/wristlet that you will be getting might not be EXACTLY as what is shown in the catalogue picture. The position of the wordings/flower/patterns or stripes differ from one bag to another.


SHIPPING

1. Shipping to any addresses within Malaysia will be via POS LAJU only.
2. Shipping cost (within Malaysia) is included in the listed price, unless stated otherwise. ADDITIONAL shipping fees apply to addresses in Sabah & Sarawak.
(a) Small package = additional RM 10. 
(b) Large package = additional RM 20. 
I will inform you the cost upon confirmation of orders.

3. I do ship to other SOUTH EAST ASEAN countries. Please e-mail me at CatchThatCoach@gmail.com for quotation.
4. We will BE RESPONSIBLE for losses and damage during shipping & handling US-Malaysia / Europe Malaysia BUT WE ARE NOT responsible for losses or damage during local shipping via POSLAJU to addresses given . However we will arrange for insurance (with added fee) upon requests.


HOW TO ORDER?

2) I shall respond within 24 hours (usually sooner) to confirm the availability of the product.
3) Once you have agreed to purchase and made the payment, please fill in teh PAID ORDER form HERE.


PAYMENT

1. We accept payment via 'bank in' into our MBB account.

2. We accept payment via credit card (5% fee applies)

CANCELLATIONS OF ORDERS

We DO NOT accept cancellations/changes to orders for any items.

If you decide to cancel your order OR change your order, deposit/payment will be for forfeited.
